This Little Free Library offers a way to share good things to read - favorite books from your childhood or books you would recommend to friends; books that teach, intrigue and engage you. All of us can help by keeping this collection stocked with good reading material. Whose library is it? It belongs to everybody - neighbors, friends, and people who don't even know it exists yet. Anyone can use it

. That's why we want to take care of it. Take a book. If you see something you would like to read - take it. Looks inside and see who gave it; who else has read it. Return it to any Little Library (There are 3 FLB in Wichita area) or pass it on to a friend. Give books. Leave notes in them. Be a friend of all libraries by helping any way you can. Pay it forward!!

It's been a while since I posted! Thank you to everyone who has been coming by and sharing books with us for the last 8 years! Favorite part of our day is checking out what's all new in the library.

Please note that our Little Free Library been removed temporarily due to needed maintenance. We are hoping to have it back in no time!

As TV dramas get better and better, publishers are getting into the game with serialized fiction. Some are even referring to what they publish as "episodes" and "seasons" rather than "books."

One New Orleans steward came out to her Little Library and found this surprising note: "Thank You who ever you are for have-ing the book box. I'm 46 I learned to read 4 yrs ago & the libary how ever its spelled is to far. I just moved from Maine so I dont know alot of places. So Again Thank You! From a Neiphor spelled wrong sorry."

Reading for Recovery 6 is finally in place at the Kansas City Public Library - Plaza Branch. It is stocked with 12 RFR books that are available for check out. It is painted lime green the awareness color of mental health. Right now, it is in the main lobby. This is a permanent display.
