๐ท What inspires you as an educator?
There are so many things that inspire me as an educator, but right now what stands out most is seeing the pride students and staff have in themselves when they realize what their hard work and dedication have accomplished. It's always rewarding to see people recognize their own growth and success.
๐ท What are you looking forward to this coming school year?
What I'm looking forward to this coming year is continuing to grow as a team. I hope we build an even stronger sense of belonging so that everyone feels supported and connected as we work together to provide the best opportunities for our students.
๐ท What is one thing you hope every student experiences in USD 465?
I hope every student in USD 465 experiences growth, meaningful relationships, and a great education. I want students to believe in themselves and know they are capable of achieving their goals. I hope they leave our schools prepared for whatever comes next and confident that they have the tools to be successful.
๐ท What leadership quality do you value most?
Some of the leadership qualities I value most are compassion, courage, and high expectations.
๐ท What does mean to you?
means celebrating the great things happening throughout our district. We have incredible students, families, teachers, and support staff who put in a tremendous amount of hard work and effort every day. There is so much good happening in our schools, and is recognizing those successes, celebrating growth, and appreciating the people who make it all happen.
