ATTENTION parents of athletes:
As we begin preparing for the upcoming school year and athletic seasons, we want to make parents aware of an issue we are already encountering with athletic physicals.
We have found that some doctors' offices are still using outdated KSHSAA physical forms. To avoid delays in participation eligibility and prevent the need for corrections, please make sure you are using the current physical packet.
Physical packets may be picked up at either Winfield High School or Winfield Middle School, or they can be downloaded from our Athletics page. Please make sure the bottom of your physical is dated as shown below.
Using the correct and most up-to-date forms will help ensure your student's paperwork is complete and approved without additional follow-up.
