We had a really good turnout the first week with 44 individual student-athletes making it to workouts throughout the week! We are making a couple changes to our daily schedule. We are moving the 6am open session to 4:30pm still taking place upstairs. We are also moving the 9am session to the indoor weight room, thank you for your understanding and

Congratulations Ayden! Such a great honor and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving!

Ayden Littlegeorge-Cloud will represent Nebraska for the Billy Michal Leadership Award. He is one of 51 students selected from across the country for the honor.

We’ve had some good numbers the first couple of days for weights and conditioning! Here’s the schedule for those curious of when and where students should be! Keep in mind for the sake of other lifters, try to be on time!

Also there will not be an open girls session at 1 tomorrow, May 28, so make sure to make time to join any of the other sessions!
