We had a dino-tastic summer! To celebrate all the great successes, 3 attendees at the Summer Wrap Up Party were drawn to β€œSplash the Staff”!

We had a lot to celebrate! We had over 700 people sign up for the reading program and 347 readers complete all the way to the end of summer! 🀯 We had a 87% completion rate for the youth and a 43% completion rate for adults! Great job making reading a priority this summer!

We would like to take a moment to thank our wonderful donors! They help make the Summer Library Program possible with their generous donations. It takes a community to cultivate a love of literacy! Because of your donations we were able to sign up 700+ readers of all ages to make reading during the Summer a priority! We had 347 readers complete the program to the end! We had many successful learning programs, with high attendance rates. It was a roaring good time! πŸ¦– Thank you to our donors for encouraging this next generation of readers.

The Plot Twisters Teen Book Club will continue Monday, August 24th at 3pm with Fahrenheit 451. We will pass out brand new paperbacks and have a group discussion.
There will also be Pen Pal supplies out for our Pen Pal Club if anyone would like to continue writing their letters!

Tomorrow Wednesday August 19th at 2pm teens entering the 7th through 12th grade are welcome to join us in the Teen Space after school for our monthly Video Gaming Day.

There will be snacks and a variety of different games set up with two tv screens. You are welcome to bring your own games too!
