YUST PUST Foundation We seek to reach the future leaders of this region with transformative hope & opportunity! Classes at PUST began on November 1, 2010.

YPF is a faith-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support for education & humanitarian efforts benefitting students & children in Northeast Asia. About the two universities we support:

YANBIAN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY:
The Yanbian University of Science and Technology (YUST) is the first Chinese joint-venture university in the Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture. After fiv

e years of preparation, with the help of the government of the People's Republic of China and numerous foreign volunteers, the university was founded in 1992. The location is in China’s Yanbian area, which the founders believe will be a center for northeast Asia in the 21st century. YUST has a firm determination to operate according to the principles of creativity, cooperation and selfless service in accordance with the motto of the university, which is "truth, peace, love." PYONGYANG UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY:
The Pyongyang University of Science and Technology (PUST) is the first foreign university to operate on North Korean soil. PUST will be a higher education institution that is truly unique in the following aspects:

1. The faculty members will come from many different countries.
2. The instruction in this international university will be in English.
3. Most faculty members will be supported by individual contributions or by sponsoring organizations.
4. Faculty members committed to join so far have years of experience working in senior positions in prestigious universities and multinational corporations, and bring with them an enormous reservoir of knowledge to bear upon the subjects they teach.
