YOU ASKED, WE LISTENED! ♻️
We heard from many residents that a consistent recycling schedule would make it much easier to know when to roll those blue carts to the curb and we agree!
Beginning in October, Republic Services recycling will be collected on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month.
📅 September Recycling: Wednesday, September 16
♻️ October & Forward: 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month.
No more trying to remember an every-other-week rotation. Same schedule. Same days each month. Easier to remember.

Egert is a college student from Estonia, Europe doing a summer internship with Southwestern Advantage Educational Company selling books.
Egert just visited our office and received a permit to sell books. He will be in the area going door to door.

Residents may notice trees being marked by SWEPCO in preparation for upcoming tree trimming and vegetation management work around power lines.

SWEPCO regularly trims trees and manages vegetation near utility lines to help improve safety, reduce the risk of tree-related power outages, and maintain reliable electric service.

If you see markings on trees in your area, they may be part of SWEPCO’s process for identifying vegetation that needs attention near power lines.
