For 75 years, the Franklin Parish Library has been enriching the lives of residents across Franklin Parish through its main location in Winnsboro and branch location in Wisner.

More than just a place for books, the library serves as a vital community resource, offering high-speed Wi-Fi, a private telehealth booth, business meeting spaces, local history archives, fitness equipment, standardized test preparation resources, and even free state park and museum passes for family adventures.

Did you know we have a group of high school teens who lead their own D&D Club?! Now you do! For any high school teens who are interested in joining in, come visit us on June 1 at 1:00 PM in the Learning Center Rm B (second meeting room in the blue building). Any skill level is welcome and no supplies are needed. All you need to bring is your imagination and positive attitude.
