2 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes (about 2–3 medium sweet potatoes)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
🍥 Cream Cheese Frosting
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

While you are planning and planting your garden; please consider planting an extra row for the pantry. We are in need of fresh fruits and vegetables for our neighbors who are struggling. You can drop off donations at Winnsboro Community Resource Center. 719 W. Coke Rd. Building #4 We are open Tuesday 10:00 until 2:00 and Thursday 10:00 until 6:00.
