The 2025-2026 Thrive Afterschool season continues with excellence as we bundle up through fall 🍂 and get ready for winter 🧣 - kiddos are enjoying outdoor adventures, playtime, indoor activities, and so much more!

You know what’s awesome? Natural science. Know what else? FROGS. 🐸

Thrive explored the amphibious world - there’s a great little pond behind the Winooski School District, perfect for outdoor discovery.

Commonly found frog species in include the Northern Leopard Frog, Spring Peeper, American Bullfrog, and more! After, we looked at some of the microscopic life in the pond water samples we brought back.

That’s a wrap on Thrive Summer! ☀️

Here are some recent camp snaps where we passed the swim test 🏊‍♀️, played basketball 🏀, learned about frogs 🐸 , and explored in the rain 🌧️.

Our daily structure provides children with opportunities to expand on the learning that takes place during the school day and allows them to explore and grow through play-based, hands-on learning. Thrive values our community greatly and hopes to support each and every child in creating a sense of belonging and encouraging them to welcome their peers. Overall, Thrive creates a perfect balance of safety, fun, and adventure that is a perfect end to the school day for any and all children!
