Winslow Jr. High XC at the Canyon De Chelly Invite-Sat. Sept. 5th!!!

Our Jr. High cross country teams are in action again tomorrow (Sat. Sept. 5th) at the Canyon De Chelly Invite in Chinle. The meet is held at the Chinle Flea Market, which is north of Basha's. The Jr. High races get going around 10 am (AZ Time). Our high school team is also running at the invite. Their races begin at 7:30 am. For more meet info, please click the athletic.net link below:

Jr. High Softball Games vs. St. Johns-Thu. Sept. 3rd!!!

Our WJHS Softball Teams host St. Johns today (Thu. Sept. 3rd). The games are being played at the Winslow City Softball Field. The 7th grade game starts at 4:00 PM. The 8th grade game will start around 6:00 PM. Go Get 'Em Bulldogs!

Winslow Jr. High XC at the WJHS XC Invite-Wed. Sept. 2nd!!!

Our Jr. High cross country teams participate in our home meet today (Wed. Sept. 2nd). It's our 2nd Annual WJHS XC Invite. It is being run at the McHood Park Campground area at Clear Creek. The open girls race gets the meet started at 3 pm. The open boys will run around 3:45 pm, the varsity girls around 4:30 pm, and the varsity boys close to 5:15 pm. The awards will be handed out around 6 pm. Admission is free. We have 17 teams attending, so parking will be tight. Please park near the boat launch, in the campground area, or along the road coming in. For more meet info, please click the athletic.net link below. The course map is attached as well, as it is slightly different due to the dredging taking place at the creek this month.

We took a second group of high performers on last springs Arizona State testing to Levitate. This time it was this year's Freshman. They had a great day!! We are proud of their hardwork here at WJHS last school year!
