Spartans went to the mountains too train on and continue to perfect mountain movement techniques. They spent 5 days traversing restricted and severely restricted terain.

883rd Spartans worked with Ft. Bragg Range Control to shut down a maneuver trail. This task ties directly in with the 883rd counter mobility MET. This was completed by installing createring charges, installing an Abatis, and destroying a bridge.

The SPARTANS finished their AT at the Mountain Training Facility. They focused on movement in restricted and severely restricted terrain. They moved up down and through vertical danger areas while conducting dismounted patrolling. A true testament to their tenacity, strength, and indomitable spirit.
