A campaign mailer was recently distributed that included my photograph. When permission was requested, I understood the image would be used for social media. I did not consent to my photo being used in a printed political campaign mailer.

I do not publicly endorse political candidates and have not endorsed this campaign. My work is nonpartisan and centered on emotional intelligence, education, and economic mobility for our community.

September was an extremely busy month. I traveled back to Tulane in September to finish my professional development there. As usual, it was AMAZING! To see the healing begin for educators and clinicians is fulfilling my God-given purpose and assignment, "to leave the world emotionally better off than I found it." These professionals show me that "Love is the most important Feeling." I truly give them all that I got.
