I received a beautiful message in May 2026, and I am just reading it today. LOL! Social media is not my forte.
But what a blessing it was to read.
This note is confirmation of the impact that The Feeling Friends continue to have on children. It reminded me that I am still on my journey, still walking in purpose, and still doing the assignment God gave me.
The work is not always easy, but moments like this remind me that the seeds we plant in children matter. When we teach love, emotional intelligence, and the power of naming what we feel, lives are changed.

I'm reaching out because I wanted to know if this/these are the same Feeling Friends that traveled to Elementary Schools in the 90s. If so I just want you to know that I went to Waverly Elementary in Baltimore MD in the early 90s and remember the feeling friends coming and being on stage with them and all the costumes,😊 fun & fond memories.
Yesterday evening my son was being grouchy before bed and the grumpy grizzly character popped in my head. I started just singing the character name because I couldn't remember the rest of the song but he started smiling immediately. If this isn't that, then I'm living in some sort of Bernstein/Bernstine Bears Mandela situation.
But either way this is great work. Sending love and heartfelt support from Baltimore.
