Ten new picnic tables delivered during afternoon car dismissal? No problem!

As we continue to enhance our campus and provide varied learning environments for our students, teamwork made it happen!

We couldn’t have completed this task without our amazing JAG Dads, WH Cambridge, and JSA middle school students, who jumped right in and came to our aid.

Your willingness to lend a hand is a perfect example of what makes our school community so special. Title One Open House is September 22- we can’t wait to see you all.

Mrs. Rivera’s 6th-grade Scientists were using the benchmark and prior knowledge to guide their learning. Their science investigation lesson was centered on SC.6.N.1.1 and the scientific process. Students were investigating how changing the height/position of a marble on a ramp affects the distance a cup travels. Witnessing students make a connection between the benchmark → investigation → data → evidence-based conclusion was remarkable. Great work Mrs. Rivera‼️

We are Jewett School of the Arts! 🎨

Ms. Goris, our Elementary Art teacher, has been a part of the JSA family for many years and continues to bring out the creativity in our young JAGS!

From learning about different types of paints and oils to exploring new techniques, students are given opportunities to create, collaborate, problem-solve, and express themselves through art.

Ms. Goris works hard to align her lessons to her specialized arts program and benchmarks while giving students experiences they can be proud of. One of the best parts is seeing their artwork displayed for others to enjoy!
