AS we close in on the install date I wanted to share some background about the crew involved in this process. Fermin Espinoza (Espi) is a retired Navy Captain and also a formerly enlisted sailor, he has engaged his disabled son Steve to re-create the existing engraved bricks at the Lone Orlando Lone Sailor Navy Memorial. Espi and Steve run Inspired Additive Manufacturing which is a veteran owned business, feel free to contact them for any future needs. Each photo has a caption so please take a look!

Ladies and gentlemen, I want to thank you all for your patience while we upgrade our existing concrete pavers to clay bricks. As you can see in the photograph the concrete ones do not lend well to wind, rain and erosion. Even in a few short years these existing concrete pavers have lost some of their legibility.

As we are moving forward please note that if your paver hasn't been installed, it will be soon. We currently have a backorder of about 30 pavers and hope to move forward in the next few weeks to months at the most.

Photo: A clay laser etched brick sample is placed upon the existing concrete pavers. The difference is quite obvious between the two.
