Orlando Lone Sailor Navy Memorial The Orlando LSNM serves as a reminder of the legacy of the Navy’s presence here in Central Florida. The statue honors the women of the U.S.

The Orlando Lone Sailor Navy Memorial at Blue Jacket Park is comprised of three elements, a Lone Sailor statue, the Blue Jacket Recruit statue, and our History Wall. Of these three, our Blue Jacket Recruit is truly our own design. She is depicted as a bronze woman sailor, complementing the Lone Sailor. Navy and the unique role played by the RTC as the first co-ed boot camps. The artist is Don Rey
