Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. 🧡

In partnership with the Alzheimer's & Dementia Resource Center, Easterseals Florida will host a monthly Care Partner Support Group at Day Break at the Miller Center. Join us Friday, June 5th from 10 AM – 12 PM to connect with others, share experiences, and receive support along your caregiving journey.
