Paw Pantry needs your help! The Paw Pantry, located at the Winterset Middle School, has passed out over 1,000 boxes of food to Madison County families in need since early March. They receive some food each week from the Food Bank of Iowa and have been able to supplement with meat, dairy, and fresh items due to the generous donations of members of the community. The hope was to continue to provide quality food boxes for the rest of June and possibly July, but funds are almost depleted. Please consider a donation for this very worthy cause. Donations may be sent to CRISP (with Paw Pantry noted in the memo line) at 210 W. Green St., Winterset.

Hello All! CRISP is in need of L, XL, XXL adult coats and heavy ski gloves in all sizes. While this not an immediate need, it is a GREAT time to get these items at significantly reduced prices. We encourage everyone to shop local as much as possible, but with depleted seasonal stock and store closures, it may be necessary to use online resources.
*** If you have unused Kohl's cash, this is a wonderful way to use it. Place the order yourself or donate the Kohl's cash to CRISP to make the purchase.

A NEW AND EASY WAY TO SUPPORT CRISP!
We strongly encourage Winterset and Madison County residents to support our local businesses, however, if you aren't able to purchase something local and find yourself shopping Amazon, please consider going through AmazonSmile. AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon that offers the same wide selection of products (and in fact, looks almost identical to the Amazon site). The difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile (smile.amazon.com) the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to the charitable organization you select. When first visiting the site, you are prompted to select a charitable organization prior to continuing your browsing/shopping experience. In the case of CRISP, please select Community Resources in Service to People Inc., in Winterset. There are no cost or fees to the charitable organization or customer and the shopping experience is identical to Amazon.com! What an easy way to make a difference!
