The Winterville Marigold Festival is tomorrow, Saturday May 9th! This event has something for everyone. This will be the first year that I will not be staffing a tent all day long so I'll get to relax and enjoy the festivities. Hope to see you there!

The Winterville Marigold Festival needs a few more volunteers to help with the parade, the souvenir booth, parking, and the kids area. Shifts are 3 hours or less and you get a free festival tshirt.

Come out tomorrow, April 25th, and celebrate trails with Firefly Trail, Inc. There will be events in Athens, Winterville, the Smokey Road Community, Maxeys and Union Point. I'll be at the event in Winterville at the Firefly Farmstop. Hope to see you there!

Marigold Planting Day is this Saturday! Meet at the Front Porch Bookstore at 8 a.m.
