NEGA RESA had a productive and inspiring day at our Leadership Retreat as we planned for how we can better serve our districts, strengthen partnerships, and support student success across our region.

Using The Reset as a framework for our work, we took a thoughtful look at our systems, processes, and priorities, challenging ourselves to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. The day focused on ensuring that our work remains responsive, relevant, and aligned with the evolving needs of the districts we serve.

A special thank you to Dr. Phillip Brown for sharing encouraging and insightful words that inspired our team to continue leading with purpose and vision.

We are also grateful for the support of our sponsors, Parrish Construction and Peach State Federal Credit Union, whose partnership helped make this day possible.

We left energized, focused, and committed to continuous improvement as we work alongside our districts to make an even greater impact in the year ahead.
