Looking for a fun place to work this summer? The Riverside & Great Northern Railway in Wisconsin Dells has positions available in the concession stand to work every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We also have positions in the gift shop for Saturday and Sunday, and maybe one day during the week.

Starting at $16 an hour. Hours are 9:30 to 5:00.

It was a banner day today! No. 128 returned to service at the R&GN with a revenue train for the first time since Labor Day 1980. Included in this photo are members of the R&GN Preservation Society and visitors who came for the train ride. Of special note is Bob Welke, R&GN Preservation Society President (in the white shirt), who in his younger years worked as an engineer of No. 128 at the R&GN and led the effort to get No. 128 to the restoration finish line, Ken Ristow (kneeling), who led the work of rebuilding No. 128 this past year, and Fran Krawczyk, (behind Ken), who donated the engine to the R&GN in 2008 when her husband Ron, who purchased the engine from the Knoxville Zoo in 1990 after it closed its railway, so it could return to service at the R&GN again some day - which was today!
