Congratulations, April!
Today we are excited to celebrate April from Jefferson County, Wisconsin, as she drives away in her "new-to-her" 2012 Buick Verano through our Wheels 2 Work Car Loan Program.

April is an incredibly hardworking mother who works long hours, seven days a week, and has shown remarkable determination in getting herself on track toward her goals. Throughout the application process, she consistently demonstrated dedication, responsibility, and perseverance. Not only did she successfully complete all program application requirements, but she also worked hard to save for a down payment to secure reliable transportation for herself and her family.

Reliable transportation can be life-changing, opening doors to employment opportunities, financial stability, and greater independence. We are proud to support April with a 0% interest loan and look forward to working alongside her throughout the life of the loan.

A special thank you goes to Goulder Motors for partnering with our program and helping place April in a beautiful, well-maintained, and safe vehicle that will serve her for years to come.
Stories like April's remind us why Wheels 2 Work exists—to help hardworking individuals overcome transportation barriers and move forward with confidence.
Please join us in congratulating April on this exciting milestone!

What an incredible day celebrating 60 years of Central Wisconsin Community Action Council, Inc. at Bowman Park in Wisconsin Dells!
Despite the chilly and windy weather, the rain held off and our community came together to make this milestone celebration truly meaningful. We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended, supported, volunteered, performed, donated, and helped make the day such a success.

A heartfelt thank you to our event organizers, volunteers, vendors, community partners, and local businesses for your time, generosity, and dedication. Your support reflects the true spirit of Community Action and the strength of our communities working together.
Special thanks to the Wisconsin Dells Middle & High School Jazz Ensemble, Wisconsin Dells Scout Dells Troop 66, The Swing Crew, Michelle Duvall and Doug Brown Music for sharing your talents, Tom Behnke and Dan Bradley photography for helping create such a memorable atmosphere throughout the celebration.

We also extend our appreciation to City Administrator Karen Terry and Wisconsin State Senator Sarah Keyeski for joining us in recognizing this important milestone and celebrating the impact Community Action programs continue to have across our communities.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. This anniversary was not only a reflection on the past 60 years of service, resilience, and adaptability, but also a celebration of the unwavering spirit that continues to guide Community Action forward.

We are honored to serve our communities and grateful to stand alongside so many caring and dedicated individuals and organizations. Here’s to continuing the mission together for many years to come!
