Join HDR Educator Jackie Carattini for the next Planning AHEAD series. This 7-week course will help participants with tasks and decisions related with end-of-life, including: financial changes, advance medical and legal directives, estate planning, choices in end-of-life care, final wishes and understanding grief.

The class starts Friday, October 4th and will be held from 2:00-3:00pm at McMillan Memorial Library in Wisconsin Rapids.

Additional class dates are October 18, 25, November 1, 8, 15, 22.
