We would like to announce the end of the Montana Blue Jewel Mine's 2017 Fee Dig season. We had a great year, and appreciate all of our wonderful guests that have graced the mine with their presence this year. We look forward to a bit of rest this Fall & Winter before next year's mining season. We will let people know in Early May 2018, what our exact opening day will be. Thanks everyone!

Just to clarify - we are open for the Spring/Summer & are accepting reservations for fee digs.

The tentative opening day for the mine is 5-8-2017. We are currently getting dirt/gravel ready for the fee digs. We will update in a few days if things change.

Hi everyone. We are now no longer accepting fee dig reservations. If you already have a reservation booked (there are one or two groups), those will still be honored. Thanks to EVERYONE for coming by this mining season and we look forward to next year, which will be even better! Look for pictures as we upgrade the mine next season to make it easier on fee diggers in the Summer heat.

August 12 - 15 & August 20 - 21.

The mine will be closed to new reservations for the dates of July 9th - July 24th. We will be open again for fee digs on July 25th.
