There is a planned outage that will be happening on 8/12/2026 at 8am to complete necessary work on Hemlock Drive, safely. Only some residents will be affected. This outage will last about 4 hours.

At approximately 9AM on Wednesday July 22, 2026, we will be de-energizing Winnipesaukee Drive and Knights Pond Lane to connect a new service. This outage will last roughly 1 hour as crews work as safely as possible to restore power.

At approximately 12PM today, we will be de-energizing Eagle Trace and Fairway Drive to replace a failed transformer. This outage will last roughly 1 hour as crews work as safely as possible to restore power.

We will be de-energizing Hodge Shore Road and South Kenney Shore Road for about an hour, so our crew can make necessary repairs.

We are aware of the power interruptions that have occurred yesterday and today and understand how frustrating they have been. We are actively investigating the cause.

At this time, we are aware that other electric utilities in the area have also experienced similar interruptions. While the cause has not yet been identified, we are continuing to gather information and will provide updates as they become available.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
