Notice of Public Forum

@ the Foss Field Pavilion (Lehner Street)

The public is invited to attend a public forum hosted by the Wolfeboro Board of Selectmen to seek comments on the Town public beach parking lots; Albee Beach, Carry Beach and Brewster Beach.
The Board will entertain comments on the following:
1. Should the Town of Wolfeboro have a uniform policy for all beach parking lots?
2. Should the Town of Wolfeboro have separate policies for all beach parking lots?
3. Should the Town of Wolfeboro restrict the beach parking lots to residents only?
4. Should the Town of Wolfeboro restrict the beach parking lots to residents, taxpayers, guests and commercial businesses?
5. Should the Town of Wolfeboro beach parking lots be open to the general public?
6. Should the Board create a volunteer committee of 5 to 8 residents to review the July 27 public forum comments and recommendations? The volunteer committee will provide its recommendations to the Board of Selectmen.
7. Should the Board of Selectmen use the comments and recommendations from the July 27 public forum to draft any changes to the Brewster Beach, Albee Beach and Carry Beach parking lot ordinance and hold a public hearing on the drafted changes? A volunteer committee would not be formed.
Wolfeboro Community Television will be present to record the meeting for broadcasting.
Please bring your own chair and practice social distancing.
