My reason for running is to look out for Wolfeboro and keep NH moving forward. I support working families and average common sense people. I’m not looking to take over the state or the nation. I’m not part of any resistance. I just want to humbly serve our community and keep it a great place to live free, work and raise a family.

NH Republicans have balanced the State budget, while spending *record amounts* on social services, mental health, care for children and fighting the opioid crisis, lowering business taxes to stimulate job growth, putting $100 million into the Rainy Day Fund, and sending $36 million in aid to Cities and Towns for roads and bridges, and another $45 million to school districts for special education.

On the other hand, Democrat DesMarais voted for HB1802, which would have brought back donor towns and raised Wolfeboro’s property taxes $1.5 million.

Please support me and John MacDonald on Tuesday to look out for Wolfeboro and keep NH moving forward. Thank you.

Watch Wolfeboro Community Television's 2018 Candidates forum on Livestream.com. The Greater Wolfeboro Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a candidates forum in the Great Hall, upstairs Wolfeboro Town Hall from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday October 30, 2018 (one week before election day).

A non-local, DC-based Dem outfit sent a series of shady “hit” mailings to Wolfeboro residents, attacking me and John MacDonald. They go by the (misleading) name, “New Hampshire Leadership Committee.” Wendy and I have received at least five of their cards. How many did you receive?

It’s hard to trace the funding and control of the group. They have a complex web of ties to National Dem leadership and their billionaire backers. Their treasurer, Elizabeth Wester, is a staffer for NH’s Senator Jeanne Shaheen.

They accuse John MacDonald and me of being “backwards,” racist, anti-woman, and supporting an “age tax,” whatever that is. One even has our names tattooed to the back a skin-head character with the ominous warning, DON’T VOTE FOR THESE GUYS. Wow!

The New Hampshire Leadership Committee’s DC address shows they have ties with National Dem resistance groups. Their funding report shows they’ve already spent more than a half million dollars of outside money to influence NH voters! Wow! And to think, Owen and local Dems labeled me an “outsider” and an “invader.” Again, Wow!

Whatever happened to civility and frank and open discussion of issues? I’m confident Wolfeboro voters are too smart to fall for this blatantly negative attempt to manipulate our election.

I have intentionally spent very little on my campaign. I have no billionaire donors. I’ve asked for money from nobody. My reason for running is to look out for Wolfeboro and keep NH moving forward. I support working families and average common sense people. I’m not looking to take over the State or the nation. I’m not part of any resistance. I just want to serve our community and keep it a great place to live, work and raise a family.
