Neighbors Food Pantry exists to create partnerships throughout Wonder Lake and McHenry County to reach out and provide resources to all those who are food insecure in our community. God gives us every good gift, and it is our responsibility to help those who are most vulnerable among us. As a new school year begins, Nativity Lutheran Church invites students, teachers, school staff, and families to join us for a special Blessing of the Backpacks this Sunday at 9:00 AM! ✏️📚🍎

🎒 Need a backpack or school supplies?
Beginning August 19, Wonder Lake Neighbors Food Pantry will have backpacks filled with school supplies available for families while supplies last.

We are grateful to support the children and families in our community as they head back to school!

🌟 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🌟

Wonder Lake Neighbors Food Pantry is looking for a few strong, able-bodied volunteers to help support our mission of serving our neighbors in need.

We especially need help on **Wednesday mornings from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon** with:

📦 Unloading food deliveries
🥫 Stocking pantry shelves
🚚 Moving boxes and supplies
🤝 Supporting our pantry operations behind the scenes

These tasks are essential to keeping our pantry running smoothly and ensuring that food is available for the families we serve.

If you are willing and able to lend a hand, even occasionally, we would love to hear from you! Your time and effort make a real difference in our community.
