⚠️ Just because a substance is sold over the counter doesn’t mean it’s safe.

So-called “gas station drugs” can be packaged like ordinary supplements, gummies, shots, pills, or powders, but products containing substances such as tianeptine, concentrated 7-OH, and kratom-derived compounds can carry serious risks.

Repeated use may lead to tolerance, dependence, cravings, and withdrawal. In Tennessee, awareness is especially important: tianeptine has been a Schedule II controlled substance since 2022, and the possession, manufacture, and sale of kratom have been prohibited since July 1, 2026.
