Beekeeping in the summer is basically CrossFit with thousands of tiny, winged supervisors. 🐝🍯

One of the coolest things about raw honey is that it's never exactly the same. Depending on what the bees have been foraging, each batch can have its own color, flavor, and character.

Some honeys are light and mild, while others are darker with a richer taste. That's all part of what makes local, raw honey so special,it's a reflection of the season and the flowers in bloom.

Which do you reach for first, the lighter honey or the darker one? We'd love to hear your favorite! 🍯

We’ve had such a great couple of weeks in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Lots of beach days, family time, amazing seafood, and the chance to slow down and enjoy the little things.

One of the best parts of being here has been the people. The locals have been some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve met. It’s a good reminder that there are still wonderful people in this world , sometimes you just have to get out and find them.

As much as we’ve loved our time here, we’re ready to head home. We miss Tennessee, our family, and of course, our honeybees. There’s just something about getting back to the farm that feels right.
We’re thankful for the memories, the laughs, and the people we’ve met along the way. But there really is no place like home. 🐝❤️

🍯 Well, we did a thing.

After lots of requests, Blair Family Farm Wildflower Creamed Honey is finally here.
Same raw honey from our bees, just transformed into a smooth, spreadable honey that’s amazing on toast, biscuits, and just about anything else you can think of.

To create the smoothest texture possible, we start with some of the lowest-moisture honey from our harvest. That extra attention helps produce the fine, creamy consistency that makes creamed honey so special.

Made with one ingredient: honey.

Happy Father's Day to two men who mean the world to our family.

One taught us the value of hard work, integrity, and keeping your word. The other lives those same values every day as a husband, father, and partner in all that we do.
Good men aren't defined by what they say, but by how they show up, for their families, their communities, and the people who count on them.

We are blessed to have both in our lives.
