We have lost a great man with the passing of our former Mantua Township Democratic Chair Butch Bruner.

Butch was tough, funny, and endlessly loyal. He was also passionate about helping people, and his life was defined by service to others: United States Army Sergeant, Glassboro Council President, Gloucester County Improvement Authority Vice Chair, Gloucester County Utilities Authority Chair, Mantua Township Democratic Chair, and much more.

His most important titles, however, were husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Butch loved his family more than anything, and we send our deepest condolences to them during this sad time.

To Butch: We will miss you. Thank you for everything.
