I know some AlWood students wanted to go see this! They are canceling the show tonight due to the weather. Showing an extra show tomorrow at 2:00.

Due to the weather forecast for this evening, we have decided to cancel tonight's performance of Mamma Mia! We will now have TWO opportunities for you to see the performance tomorrow at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Super proud of all of the AlWood Middle School musicians that performed at the IESA solo & ensemble contest today at Rockridge!! It was a clean sweep of all Division 1 ratings in both band and choir! Here are a few pics of the choral students! I didn’t get a chance to get the band kids together for a picture.

Made it through my first Spring Musical as Director!! It was a great show, and I am so proud of everyone for their dedication to POPSTARS!! There are so many hands that helped bring this show to life!! But I want to especially thank Vic Carlson and Leanne Walsh for the many long hours you put into this! And to Mr. Lister for running sound!! I know it couldn’t have been easy! I couldn’t have done it without all of you!!❤️ I am unbelievably proud of each and every student that took part in this production!! YOU made it happen!! Each and every one of you is a POPSTAR in my eyes!! And to the Seniors, thank you for your tireless dedication to the Theatre Program!! You are amazing leaders, and I know you have helped guide many younger students to hopefully follow in your footsteps!! Until next year!🙌🏼✌🏼
