Looking for a fun and valuable way to prepare your child for babysitting? Join us for our Babysitter Bootcamp on August 18th from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM!

This hands-on class teaches students the skills they need to become responsible, confident babysitters. Participants will learn how to care for children and infants, become positive leaders and role models, make good decisions, and solve problems in real-life babysitting situations.

Each participant will:
• Receive their own CPR mask
• Earn an Infant CPR certification
• Learn important childcare and babysitting skills

Please bring a lunch. Pre-registration is required.

Our normal parking lot is currently being resurfaced and repainted, but that won’t stop the fun at the Woodland Aquatic Center!

Please park in the upper school parking lot and use the sidewalk and stairs to walk down to our entrance.

Before you head to the Woodland Aquatic Center on Thursday, August 13, please note that our main parking lot will be closed for crack sealing, seal coating, and striping.

Don't worry—we're still open! All classes, programs, and activities will continue as scheduled.

We kindly ask all patrons and visitors to park in the school parking lot located above the main parking lot and use the stairs leading down to the Aquatic Center entrance to access the facility.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete these improvements to our parking lot. We look forward to seeing you at the pool!

The City will be conducting necessary maintenance on various City parking lots throughout the community during August. Maintenance includes crack seal/seal coat and striping. During the project period, parking lots will be closed to allow work to be performed. This project is expected to run from Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
