The Roadmap to the Future Cohort recently wrapped up its final in-person convening, bringing together 60+ community members dedicated to improving outcomes for children, youth, and families across Yolo County.

We’re grateful for our partnership with the Transformational Change Partnership at McGeorge School of Law and proud of the collective work happening to build a stronger future for Yolo County families.
