Woodlawn Utility District will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 7:30 am. Those who would like to speak at the meeting must submit their request in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting start time, this request can be emailed to ([email protected]) or dropped off at the office located at 2172 Woodlawn Rd, Woodlawn, TN 37191

The agenda for the August meeting is as follows:

-Invoice Approvals (HDR Engineering $40,817.99 Pre-treatment, final payment)

- Water Treatment Plant- Mike May

-HDR: Transmission Line, River Intake, and Easements

-Water Loss: 23% for the month, 17% for the year

-June 2026 Financials

-Approval of Penny Policy

-Transition to New Credit Card Company through Legends Bank (Sign Application)

We have located a leak at the southern entrance of Gip Manning Rd., customers in this area will experience no water for an unknown amount of time, per our crew only 15-20 homes should be effected. We will continue to update with the status of the repair.

Update as of 2:30pm: The leak has been located, crews are currently repairing a leak on Gip Manning Rd. We are unsure of how long this repair will take we will update once repairs are completed!

Good morning, we are aware of an issue that is causing low pressure in areas of Chester Harris, Dunbar Rd, Dotsonville Rd and Haynes Rd!

We do not have a time frame on when the issue will be resolved. As our crews are actively searching for a leak. We will update this post as we know more!
