Anoroc Democratic Club

Anoroc Democratic Club Part of the Sunnyside community since 1925

The Anoroc club is located in the heart of Sunnyside Queens right off the number 7 train (46th Street/Bliss Station stop). Steeped in a rich democratic tradition, the Anoroc and its members promote democratic principals and elect candidates who share our values. The Anoroc, like the community in which it resides, is made up of hardworking, middle class men and women from a variety of diverse and u

nique backgrounds. In addition to organizing and mobilizing voters during elections, the Anoroc is a social club and a community space that to this day continues to be a mainstay in Western Queens.

Please see the latest communication from Citizens Union regarding ballot proposal #6:

There is one week until the Democratic Primary and our endorsed candidate for City Council in the 23rd District, Barry Grodenchik, needs our help to get out the vote!

Barry has the experience and vision to best serve the residents of the 23rd Council District. With stellar performances at candidate forums and endorsements from an impressive group of community and labor leaders, Barry also has the momentum in this race. But he needs our help to finish strong and emerge victorious on September 10th.

You can help by knocking on doors or making phone calls. Please join the campaign during this final week to ensure the best candidate wins - Barry Grodenchik.
