In school did you breathe a sigh of relief if the teacher announced the grade would be "on a curve?" Many of us did! When it comes to God's perfect standard of righteousness, He does NOT show partiality or shift the standard based on human performance. He does NOT grade on a curve. Thankfully, Jesus solved that problem for those who have trusted Him. Here are our notes for our brief study in Romans 2.

Why is it usually easier to see what’s wrong with somebody else than to see what’s wrong with ourselves? The fact is everyone is a sinner in need of a Savior. The gospel is God’s powerful prescription for humanity’s sin problem. Here are the notes for our study in Romans 1.

When God calls you to a task do you struggle with feeling ill equipped to accomplish it? That maybe you are "not enough?" Praise God, He IS enough and if He calls us He will equip us for His purposes, our good, and His glory. We'll look at that in Judges 6. Here are the notes for our study.

When you were growing up how was discipline handled in your home? Was it harsh, lenient, or somewhere in the middle? Was it effective? When God needs to discipline His children, He is the model parent. Unfortunately, in the time of the Judges, that kind of discipline was necessary for Israel over and over. Here are the notes for our study.

Do you ever suffer from "decision fatigue?" It's a real thing in our culture as we make hundreds of decisions large and small daily. Tomorrow we will talk about the ULTIMATE decision scripture presents to us. It is a decision no one can avoid and the most important decision we will ever make. Here are the notes for our study in Joshua 24.
