The annual Fall Plant Sale is almost here! Join us on Saturday September 12 to shop a variety of fall plants for your garden including mums, ornamental peppers and grasses, and much more. Come early for the best selection - sale begins at 9:00 a.m. until sold out. All money raised will support Woodstock Public Library.

Take a drive to visit our neighbors at Harvard Diggins Library on Monday September 14 at 1:30 p.m. to check out this awesome program sponsored by Illinois Humanities

Join us on Monday, Sept. 14, at 1:30 p.m., for an interactive presentation and workshop during which award-winning author Rachel DeWoskin will discuss reading, writing, traveling, listening and imagining as ways to freshen and widen our perspectives. Connecting to others helps us figure out what “truth” means in moments when the notion and word are contested.

We’ll explore poetic/philosophical truth and “objective truth,” and make mini wonder books, lists of questions and ways to explore them through writing. Attendees will write something that feels beautiful and therefore is true, or true and therefore is beautiful. For ages 16 and up. Free; no library card needed.
