Community Action Agency for McHenry County Head Start The Community Action Agency for McHenry County Head Start is a Federally Funded Pre-School Program Serving McHenry, Crystal Lake, and Harvard Illinois.

We have three preschool centers, one in Harvard, one in McHenry, and one in Crystal Lake. All of our programs are at no cost to families that qualify.
