We just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to all of our health fair vendors and community members who donated school supplies at our Health Fair! 🎒✏️📚

Because of your generosity, we were able to collect an assortment of supplies and deliver them to **Warren Elementary** to help local students get ready for the new school year.

We are so thankful for everyone who helped make this possible! It was a great reminder that when our community comes together, we can make a difference in so many ways!

What an incredible day at our Tyler County Senior Health Fair!

I want to extend a heartfelt "thank you" to the T.L.L. Temple Foundation and the Texas A&M University College of Medicine Rural Medicine Program for providing the funds that allowed us to offer healthy giveaways and provide blood pressure monitors and glucometers to community members who needed them. These resources will continue to make a difference long after the event is over.

A special thank you to Olive Branch/Heart to Heart Hospice and the Tyler County Nutrition Center for partnering with us, welcoming us into your space, and giving us the opportunity to use these funds to reach our community in a meaningful way.

I am also grateful to David De Sousa, Director of Rural Medicine Outreach at Texas A&M University, for traveling to Tyler County to visit with us and support this event. Your presence meant so much.

Thank you as well to Renda Nelson, Project Manager for Rural Health Initiatives with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, for your guidance, encouragement, and continued support of rural health efforts.

To all of our community partners, organizations, and health professionals who shared information, services, screenings, and resources throughout the day—thank you for helping make this event a success. Your willingness to serve our residents is truly appreciated.

And finally, thank you to everyone in the community who attended, visited with our partners, learned about available resources, and took steps toward better health. Seeing such a great turnout reminds us how important these opportunities are for Tyler County.

I am thankful to have been a part of this event and proud of what we accomplished together.
