Physical forms for the 2024-2025 athletic season have been passed out. If your child is planning on participating in any sport; football, track, basketball, powerlifting and band, they must have a physical and a complete account on dragonfly. High school physicals will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Middle school physicals will be Tuesday and Thursday. You can contact me if you need further details or if you need assistance.

Spotlight:

WCSD would like to recognize the newest member of the MLK STAFF , Mr. Douglas Dixon. Mr. Dixon joined MLK CTE Center in July 2022, as the Welding Instructor. Since his hire, Mr. Dixon’s has received 12 certifications from the NCCER Board of Trustees and Mr. Boyd D. Warsham, the NCCER President & CEO.

Under his instruction, 14 students received their NCCER Certification Cards, allowing them to enter the workforce after graduation if they choose to pursue a career in Welding.
We would like to APPLAUD Mr. Dixon and his students for setting the bar high!
