Join Priscilla Crawford, ecologist, biogeographer, and author of A Naturalist's Guide to Oklahoma, for two special programs exploring the natural world!

🕙 10:00 AM | Nature Walk
Location: Walking Trail
Explore local plants, wildlife, and habitats on a guided 1-mile walk. Recommended for older children, teens, and adults. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

🕜 1:30 PM | Nature Journaling Workshop
Location: Woodward Public Library
Learn nature journaling techniques through guided observation and creativity. Recommended for adults; teens welcome. All supplies provided.

Attend one or both programs. Registration is required.

✨ We had so much fun catching the light at our August Adult Craft Night! Everyone did an amazing job shaping wire and stringing crystals to make these stunning Spiral Suncatchers.

A huge thank you to all the wonderful ladies who sign up, show up, and continually support the Woodward Public Library. You make these FREE craft nights so special! 🎨💖

📌 A Quick Gentle Reminder: Our craft nights fill up very quickly! If you sign up but realize you won't be able to make it, please let us know or cancel your registration as early as possible. We often have a waiting list, and giving us a heads-up allows another crafter on the waiting list to join in on the fun.

Dolly Parton is an icon—singer, songwriter, Queen of Country, and champion for children’s literacy.

Through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Woodward County, 491 local children currently receive a free book each month, and 259 children have graduated from the program.
