Save the dates; Soil Health field days in Dewey County coming soon. August 7th-Larry Rauh's farm-topics- infiltration, grazing, equipment settings, and erosion. August 29th-Ken Salusbury's farm - topics- wildlife management, grazing, spraying and settings. These field days are to see whats happening to the land and ask lots of questions. Large numbers of lady beetles (ladybugs) infesting homes and buildings in the United States were first reported in the early 1990s. Ladybugs normally are considered beneficial since they live outdoors and feed on plant pests.
