Interesting electrical week for us. The first 2 pictures are a dryer plug that 3:30 this am decided to have a melt down. Luckily the owners were home and was able to get the dryer disconnected.
Second set is a heat tape wire. Very old heat tape wire for a well pipe. Home owner came home and had smoke in the house. Found the wire had burned off at the well pipe. Very fortunate it did not set the wood it was attached to on fire.

Busy Month wrapping up for Woolwich crews between responding to dozens of storm related calls, accidents, mutual aid responses and most recently a chimney fire. We canโ€™t forget a little hydrant shoveling over the weekend. Dedication at its finest.
