Confirmed Measles Cases in Wayne County 📋The Wayne County Health Department has received laboratory confirmation of measles cases among Wayne County residents. Please review the official media release below for exposure details, symptoms to monitor, and vaccine information.

🔴 What You Need to Know:
*Measles spreads easily through the air via coughs and sneezes.
*The MMR vaccine is the most effective defense against measles.
🛑 If You Suspect Symptoms:
DO NOT go to a clinic or hospital unannounced if you were exposed to or think you have the measles.
CALL AHEAD so staff can prepare isolation precautions.
