Batter up! ⚾️ Summer T-Ball registration is NOW OPEN!

This instructional clinic is designed for children ages 3-4 and 4-5. Children should bring a baseball/softball glove. All other equipment will be provided. The basics will be taught in a fun learning environment.

📍Wooster High School Softball Field

⏰ Clinic for ages 3-4 is from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
⏰ Clinic for ages 4-5 is from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Knights Field Sprayground will remain closed for the time being. Our contractor is busy getting our pump fixed and we will be in tip top shape very soon!

If you drive past the soccer complex, things might seem a little strange 🌀
⚽️ After a cold, soggy spring, our soccer fields needed some serious TLC! Our crews have been hard at work rolling, aerating and seeding to patch up some of these muddy spots!
⚽️ We appreciate your understanding in staying OFF of the fields this week while they rest up for summer and fall!

💦 The Natatorium is open 10am - 2pm today. City of Wooster pool passes are accepted at the Nat through December 31, 2026! YMCA of Wayne County

💦 The feature pump at Knight’s Field Sprayground is protesting the chilly, rainy weather forecasted for this weekend and refuses to cooperate. Who can blame it?

Grab your goggles - it’s time to DIVE into summer ‘26 pool season! 💦
Freedlander Pool and Knight’s Field Sprayground and are scheduled to open this Saturday, May 23rd. With some chilly temps and rain in the forecast, please view our updated policies regarding inclement weather:
🔹 Aquatic programs, events and rentals will be on as scheduled when the forecasted air temperature is at least 65°F and weather conditions allow.
🔹 If the forecasted high temperature for the day is 60°F (or lower), City of Wooster aquatic facilities will remain closed. Knights Field Sprayground will remain closed if the forecasted high temperature for the day is less than 68°F.
🔹 Aquatic facilities may remain closed, or close early, if inclement weather is forecasted
🔹 At the sound/sight of thunder/lightning, the pool will be cleared for 30 minutes.
🔹 Heavy rain can obstruct visibility, and the pool will be cleared until the rain or wind slows and visibility improves.
🔹 The pool will remain closed until the water is deemed safe to re-enter.
🔹 Refunds will not be issued for any reason. Please be aware of forecasted weather prior to paying admission.
