🎓 Tyler Hamilton, Cogswell Sprinkler, is recognized on his graduation from the Davis-Ulmer Leading Others Program (DULOP).
Over the past year, Tyler took part in the program while continuing to grow as a leader in the fire protection industry, bringing 12 years of hands-on experience to the journey.
One thing that really stood out to him was learning to slow down and better understand different perspectives, realizing that good intentions don’t always equal true understanding.
He leads with accountability, ownership, and a focus on getting better every day, building strong teams through trust and consistency.

At Cogswell Sprinkler, Kaitlyn Goyette is a standout field leader in the Inspection Service Department. Having recently completed her apprenticeship and earned her journeyman license in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, Kaitlyn demonstrates exceptional skill, work ethic, and leadership — making her an invaluable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing (can you tell?!), where her patience and focus shine just as brightly as on the jobsite.
