One of our Senior Comm Specs celebrated his 50th today. We were lucky enough to be requested by his wife to help commemorate this milestone since he had to work! Happy Birthday Padre!

Happy EMS Week to the crews who answer every call with skill, grit, and compassion. This week we want to especially recognize the dedicated men and women of Worcester EMS and UMASS Life Flight who answer the calls when every second matters.
From the dispatch side of the radio, we see the long shifts, the missed meals, the difficult scenes, and the countless moments where you make a difference — even when no one else sees it. Thank you for staying calm in chaos, for treating every patient with dignity, and for always showing up when people need help most.No matter how busy it gets, we know one thing for certain: when we give you the call, you answer.
