For 50 years, the U.S. Department of Energy’s Assistance Program has created local jobs while helping families stay safe and warm. Through WCAC’s Energy Program, renters and homeowners can access services like insulation, weather-stripping, and advanced energy testing to permanently reduce energy costs.

These upgrades are available at no cost for eligible households.

One visit. Endless support.

At WCAC’s Community Clinic | Clinicas Comunitarias and Southern Worcester County Community Resource Fair's , integrated community partnerships help turn a single appointment into access to a broader network of support services — from health insurance enrollment to food access, household essentials, and connections to additional local resources.

This video highlights the importance of collaborative, community-based service delivery and the impact it can have on individuals and families navigating complex challenges.

We’re proud to continue fostering these connections through initiatives like this, bringing organizations together to improve access, strengthen collaboration, and support community well-being.

A special thank you to our community partners, Wardrobe On Wheels, The HeartWell Institute, My Ombudsman, Bridge to Hope Peer Recovery Support Center, Family Health Center of Worcester, for sharing their insight, experiences, and dedication to supporting local families through these clinics and resource fairs. We’re grateful for your partnership and collaboration.

Our Head Start classrooms were full of curiosity and creativity during STEAM Night! 💚

Families joined us for a hands-on evening of activities and discovery, exploring some of the exciting topics students have been learning about this year.

This enhanced STEAM learning experience has been made possible through our partnership with MAPFRE, whose investment is helping spark curiosity and a love of learning in our classrooms every day.

We loved welcoming our families into the classroom to celebrate all the learning and exploration happening in our program! 💙

If you love what you see happening in our Head Start program and are looking to enroll your child, we are currently accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year!

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, but no family should have to navigate it alone. 💚

Our Healthy Families program is built around listening to families, understanding their unique needs, and providing support every step of the way. Whether it’s guidance for first-time parents, mentorship for younger families, or simply having someone to talk to, every parent deserves a strong support system.

Because when families thrive, communities thrive.✨
