The impact of a workplace campaign goes far beyond the office walls.

As Coghlin Companies launches its 2026 United Way campaign, we're celebrating a remarkable milestone: more than $650,000 raised by Coghlin employees over the years to support youth opportunities, family stability, and community resilience across Central Massachusetts.

That legacy of giving reflects a company culture rooted in service, generosity, and a belief that strong communities are built when people come together to help one another.

We're grateful for this longstanding partnership and excited to see what this year's campaign will accomplish.

Purses, purpose, and an incredible community. ✨👜

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Women's Initiative's 9th Annual Power of the Purse!

It was an amazing evening filled with connection, friendly bidding, and a shared commitment to creating opportunities for girls across Central Massachusetts. Every ticket purchased, purse donated, auction bid placed, and dollar raised helps support programs that empower girls through leadership development, financial literacy, mentorship, and healthy relationships.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and supported this event. Thank you for helping us turn an evening of fashion and fun into meaningful opportunities for the next generation. 💜

This week, UWCM had the privilege of serving as Community Advisors at the 2026 Massachusetts Civics Project Showcase in Worcester.

Often described as a “science fair for civics,” the showcase gave middle and high school students the chance to present community-based research and advocacy projects focused on issues that matter to them. From mental health and education to environmental and social concerns, students demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and a commitment to positive change.

At United Way, we believe young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow, they are leaders today. We are grateful to Generation Citizen and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for creating spaces where youth can engage in civic life, develop leadership skills, and see the impact their voices can have.

Thank you to the students who shared their ideas and inspired us with their passion for making a difference.
