Updates!

We now have board games for checkout! We saw that our friends at Edwardsville Public Library had some, so I went a little nuts at the book store and bought some for us! We have more to come too! They can be played here, or you can check them out. They must be checked out and returned at our library.

We also now have a new “Staff Selections” section. Each month Gary and I will pick out one of our favorite books to display. This month I’ve selected Bob Mortimer’s The Satsuma Complex.

Forty years ago this month Ann M. Martin launched one of the most iconic series of my childhood! The franchise has over 200 books and they are still being release today! To celebrate I personally bought the library some of the newer graphic novels for our collection. Come and check them out today!

Spider-Man Brand New Day is out at the theaters! Come in and check out the graphic novel first to see if the movie is better than the graphic novel!

Earlier this year we had a trivia fundraiser. With the money we raised we added Libby and with the rest we used for a new book drop! It’s to the left of our front door. This means you can now return DVD, Blu-Rays and other media along with books in the book return!
